The message record
The form saves your name, reply email, subject, written note, consent and optional story title. It adds a timestamp and receipt reference. Notes are private records and are not automatically published as comments.
Use and duration
A note may be reviewed and used for related correspondence. It remains until manually removed; no automatic expiry is configured. The form creates no newsletter subscription and sends no automatic email acknowledgement.
Local reading choices
Saved story identifiers are stored locally. Search words and category choices are temporary page state. A hashed network identifier briefly supports submission rate limiting, and the host may keep ordinary access logs. No external analytics or advertising trackers are included.
Ask about your information
Use the contact page with the original email and reference where available to request access, correction or deletion. A reasonable verification step may be needed before personal information is changed or disclosed.
